Niall Grainger Is a certified Personal Trainer & Strength & Conditioning coach. His background is in Corrective exercise, Injury prevention and Strength & Conditioning. All areas which he has a tremendous passion and large experience in. For years he participated in team-based sports which where thoroughly enjoyed. He then began spending more time in the gym to improve in these sports. Quickly realizing a strong interest in fitness/training aspect, leading to the pursuit of studies and a career path.
Starting off in Ireland, leading to Vancouver and finally to this fulfilling position at the Watson centre.
At the Watson Centre Society for Brain health, Niall main goal as the personal trainer is to help our clients exercise in a safe and effect manor and give them the much-needed confidants to push themselves to exactly where they need to be over the course of our exercise sessions.
