Michael A. Kale, B.A. LLB

Board of Directors

Michael is a senior corporate commercial solicitor with 30 years of experience. He assists clients in achieving their financing, development, acquisitions and divestitures goals at his firm in downtown Vancouver.

Michael grew up in North Vancouver. He attended the University of British Columbia where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations, as well as a law degree. Michael is a passionate advocate for access to education, equality and opportunity for all. He is the former pro bono counsel for Literacy BC and former chair of the Vancouver Science World auction committee. He currently volunteers with his firm at the Greater Vancouver Food Bank.


The Watson Centre recognizes that not everyone is in a position financially to be able to afford the program and try to provide assistance to those who otherwise would not be able to join the program.
