Cael Hibbert

Cael has worked as a Case Manager at leading personal injury firms in downtown Vancouver since 2016. His primary responsibilities include advising injured clients on the ICBC claims process and managing their cases through to settlement. Notably, Cael created and presented informational sessions within his firm to prepare the company for provincial wide ICBC legislative changes.

Cael obtained a law degree after completing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. He recently obtained a Master of Laws in Insurance Law. As a member of the Board of Directors, Cael hopes to combine his passion for personal injury advocacy and health care to positively impact the lives of individuals who have suffered brain injuries.


I am so grateful for this program. knew I needed a program that could rehabilitate my brain, not my body but there wasn’t anything out there until I found WCSBH.
