Hi, my name is Niall Grainger I am a certified Personal Trainer & Strength and Conditioning coach, my background is in general fitness, body composition, injury prevention and Strength & conditioning which I have a tremendous passion for and large experience in. For years I participated in team-based sports which I thoroughly enjoy but as I grow older I became more interested in fitness/training aspect, which had led me to my studies and my career path which started off in Ireland then leading me to Vancouver and this extremely fulfilling position at the Watson center. At the Watson Center Society for Brain health, my main goal as the personal trainer is to help our clients exercise in a safe and effect manor and give them the much-needed confidants to push themselves to exactly where they need to be over the course of our exercise sessions
