Remote Program - Watson Centre Society for Brain Health

Virtual Program Details

The Watson Centre Society for Brain Health is happy to introduce our two new program options; half-day virtual and part-time virtual. Depending on the injury, our staff will recommend the best choice based on individualized factors.

Half-Day Virtual

The half-time Virtual program is custom tailored to each individual’s health goals after a full cognitive assessment and is based completely through online format. 

Participants work on four blocks of 45-minute cognitive capacity building exercises and have one 40-minute physical exercise block at the start of the day, structured by our personal trainer to be done at home. They also participate in a 20-minute meditation period and bi-monthly clinical counselling. 

These cognitive and physical blocks are tailored to each individual based on his or her abilities. client needs to engage for a minimum four months.

Requirements: Laptop/Desktop, basic understanding of computers and a stable internet connection. 

Monday to Thursday, from 8:30am to 1:10pm*

Clients have access to:

  1. Cognitive Capacity Building Programs (up to four cognitive areas)
  2. Physical Exercise
  3. Mindfulness Meditation
  4. Clinical Counselling

 

Part-Time Virtual

The part-time Virtual program is custom tailored to each individual’s health goals after a full cognitive assessment and is based completely through online format.

 WCSBH also offers a part-time program. In addition to cognitive capacity building exercises, the part-time program also offers aerobic exercise, meditation, and optional clinical counselling, but is condensed to run six hours per week for minimum six months depending on the need of the client & engagement.

Requirements: Laptop/Desktop, basic understanding of computers and a stable internet connection. 

Flexible Schedule – requires a three hour block, twice a week.
